  • When washing, use sulphate-free and alcohol-free shampoos and conditioners. These ingredients can dry out your extensions and lead to frizz or tangles.

Brushing for Bliss:

  • Brushing regularly is key! Use a paddle brush, detangling brush, or wide-tooth comb before and after use, and throughout the day, to prevent knots and breakage.
  • Always brush gently, starting from the ends and working your way up to the roots, to loosen any tangles without pulling.

Moisture is Magic:

  • Unlike your natural hair, extensions don't receive natural scalp oils. To keep them hydrated and prevent dryness, use a leave-in conditioner or oil. It is very important the hair stays hydrated and moisturised to keep its shine, luminosity, and durability.
  • We recommend deep conditioning treatments every few washes to maintain softness and shine.

Drying with Care:

  • After washing your extensions, gently remove excess water with a towel by patting or squeezing. Avoid rubbing the hair as it can get tangled.
