Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We accept modifications in the order or shipping address if mentioned within 24 hours of placing the order, only if emailed on wecare@flohair.in However, we cannot promise a modification in the order as our order processing starts
No cancellations or changes will be done once the items are purchased under sale.

Refunds will be issued only for defective products, as confirmed by Flo Hair upon verification. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging. No refunds or returns will be provided for sale items or customized products unless defective.
